Will I need to make any configuration changes to my AMS to receive messages and documents?

Possibly.  When enrollment is approved, we will provide information such as writing companies, business purpose type codes, and activity note types.  This information enables you to direct documents received to the right location in your AMS.  For AMS configuration questions, contact your agency management system vendor as your first level of support.  Refer to the FAQ on Agency Management Systems to view certified vendors.

 

Since paper printing and postal service delivery will not occur, it is critically important that you quickly and properly configure your system to receive eDocs and Messages.  Additionally, you should establish a procedure with your agency staff to monitor the Ivans eDocs and Messages on a daily basis.
