What services are available through eDocs & Messages?

Transactional Document Delivery: Bonds, endorsements, renewal certificates, transaction records (invoices), etc. These will be delivered to you to print and deliver to your client as an original document. For direct billed bonds, we will send a message as we receive payment from the principal. With that message, we will include to you any copies of original documents we sent to the client for filing with the obligee.
bONdLINE® Redistribution: If you issue a bond or endorsement in your agency via Internet bONdLINE®, we will resend images of those printed documents to Ivans Exchange that night; allowing you a seamless way to add documents and update the client record the next day.
Financial Reports: Agency bill statements, direct bill commissions paid reports, and direct bill status updates.
