What can I do to make sure I receive all of my client documents without interruption?

Great question.  Remember, by enrolling in eDocs and Messages, you will no longer receive paper bond documents via the postal service.  Once your enrollment is received and approved, we will send a confirmation email.  It is critically important that you configure your agency management system at that time in advance of the first electronic delivery.  Any configuration questions should be directed to your agency management system vendor.  We will contact you shortly after the service commences to assure you are receiving deliveries.
