How will our customers be affected by this change?
We worked deliberately to keep the changes to our customers minimal. Principals should see no changes when they access https://onlinepay.cnasurety.com, nor agents who use the Pay Now button within bONdLINE®, or pay bonds using our Portal; however, instead of being transferred to a payment website when they leave our side, customers will now see a pop-up payment window open where they will make their payments. Principals or agents who use onlinepay.cnasurety.com to access ePay the first time after we move to One Inc will be asked to re-register and resave any previously saved credit card and bank information. Agents, however, who use the Pay Now button within bONdLINE® or pay bonds using our Portal the first time after we move to One Inc will not be asked to re-register, but they will be asked to resave any previously saved credit card and bank information.
