I am an agent of CNA Surety. How can I obtain loss information for a particular bond or obtain a loss report for my agency? Submit your request in writing by email to: uwservices@cnasurety.com or fax your request to 605-335-0357. If the request is for a loss report for your agency, please include your agency code and the year(s) for which you want the loss run. If the request for loss information pertains to a particular bond/policy, please include your agency code and the specific bond/policy number.
